Adcroft is renowned for being an innovative building company, accustomed to using new techniques, materials and always open to even the most elaborate creative design ideas.
We are also very aware of a huge shift in attitude towards a more sustainable solution, often requested from our clients. Research has shown that energy-efficiency has lept up to the third most popular item when considering a new home.
From 2016 all new homes must achieve zero carbon status, meaning they use less energy than the generate. As developers we have to keep up with new regulations and look into innovative ways to create greener projects.  We thoroughly support where the industry is heading and we regularly attend the Build & Renovation Centre and the Big Green Home Show.
